• All packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Itinerary may vary slightly based on weather or operational considerations.
• Prices are based on current exchange rates and may change.
• The package cost is based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together at all times.
• A passenger below 12 years is considered as a child and above 12 years as an adult.
• Infant costs may be chargeable at certain hotels.
• Surcharges may apply during holidays, conventions, special events, festivals, trade fairs, blackout dates, etc.
• Should any of the following change, a new quote will need to be provided: date of travel, number of guests, accommodation type, duration of stay, and vehicle size.
• The above is a tentative proposed itinerary. The final itinerary will be provided after confirmation of the tour.
• On certain days, due to unavoidable circumstances, we may need to amend or reverse the itinerary. However, all services and inclusions will remain the same.
• Timings and schedules are subject to change without notice.
• Tours and transfers will depart strictly as per the time mentioned in the final itinerary. Please be advised accordingly, as no delays will be permitted under any circumstances. Should the client be late, the tour or transfer will depart without them, no refunds will be provided, and alternative arrangements will incur an extra cost.
• All transfers quoted are ‘direct’ transfers; any stops or deviations en route will incur an additional cost.
• Please check all inclusions, as any additions will incur extra charges.
• It is customary for certain hotels to request a credit-card deposit upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Unused funds will be refunded upon check-out. Some hotels may accept a cash deposit, but this cannot be guaranteed. It is the client’s responsibility to reverse the credit card charge upon check-out.
• For single travelers without family, a room must be shared on a twin or triple sharing basis. If no other single traveler is available, a single supplement cost will apply.
• Requests for specific room types (interconnecting, adjacent, same floor, etc.) are subject to availability. Most hotel check-in times are between 14:00–15:00 and check-out times between 11:00–12:00.
• The quote is based on specific hotels which may be subject to change. If unavailable, alternatives will be suggested with any price difference payable by the client.
• Requests for specific hotels within the available category are subject to availability. Stanley Tours reserves the right to finalize hotel selection.
• All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., fuel increases, government regulations).
• The quote is based on specific hotels which may be subject to change. If unavailable, alternatives will be suggested with any price difference payable by the client.

• Cancellation policy applies to passengers with granted visas who cancel due to their travel companion’s visa issues.
• All bank charges are the client’s responsibility. Exchange rate is subject to change at time of payment.
• Rates, itineraries, and payment terms comply with RBI regulations and are subject to change.
• All previous quotes are null and void.
• It is deemed that the client has read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.

 BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

• To reserve your seat, a registration deposit of 30% of the tour cost must be paid in advance. Registration deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. You have booked a group tour where Stanley Tours is required to book services like hotels, airlines, etc., in advance.
• 60% of the total package cost must be paid after visa approval.
• Full and final settlement to be paid 60 days before departure.

NOTES:

• Passport information must be submitted to Stanley Tours at least 90 days prior to departure.
• Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure and tour completion.
• The route and program may vary due to weather, seasonal, or safety conditions.
• All prices are based on basic room categories unless specified.
• Children under 12 on return flight date are considered children; below 24 months are infants.
• AC or air cooling depends on local authority regulations. Some hotels may not have AC.
• One check-in bag + One hand luggage per person allowed.
• Extra luggage will require an additional vehicle at extra cost.
• Security alerts or closures may affect the itinerary. Stanley Tours cannot be held responsible.

• Transfers are based on sedan vehicles; 1 check-in bag + 1 hand luggage per person allowed.
• Extra luggage will require an additional vehicle at extra cost.
• Security alerts or closures may affect the itinerary. Stanley Tours cannot be held responsible.
